Hello! My Name is Tyler! I am a Lean Practitioner currently located in Indiana. I have background in a handful of industries including plastic injection molding, robotics, retail, locomotive, and food service. I have a real passion for operational excellence with my core foundations being based on Lean and Six Sigma. I would never call myself an expert at any one thing as I always believe there is something to be learned from just about anyone! I look forward to interacting with everyone here on this site!

Here begins a journey of what I would call a weekly reflection of my professional career. The goal of this blog is to share my journey of the knowledge and perspective I will gain as I progress through my daily life as a professional. I will soon post the schedule with which I will maintain this blog, but for now I hope to just get the ball rolling with some introductory postings.
